Preparation Operations in Ústí nad Labem

We pledge that we will continuously maintain and improve the integrated quality management system and environmental management system that we have implemented. In order for our customers to be able to rely on the stability and quality of our services, our plant was from the very beginning designed and commissioned in full conformance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2001 and ISO 14001:2005 standards.

We create sufficient material, human and financial resources as a modern and successful company to be able to guarantee customer satisfaction through:

• the constant expansion of our product offering according to customer requirements,
• the constant update of our products to be in accordance with changing standards,
• strict quality control of goods from our suppliers,
• monitoring and supporting the continuous improvement of all manufacturing processes,
• developing the knowledge and responsibility of employees through focused training and education,
• familiarizing all employees and the public with our quality policy.

We know that our success depends on manufacturing efficiency and constant observance of strict quality standards. However, neither do we ever neglect safety and the observance of strict manufacturing limits for the protection of the environment that are binding for all company employees. We try our hardest to maintain a clean environment, both at work and outside it:

• by constantly modernizing and improving our manufacturing technologies and processes,
• by emphasizing prevention over amelioration of environmental impact,
• by increasing our employees’ professional qualities and personal responsibility for the environment,
• by strictly observing all legal limits and regulations,
• through open communication and cooperation with governmental and non-governmental environmental organizations.

Company management thus pledges:

• to continuously improve and increase process efficiency and performance, product quality, and first and foremost the level of environmental protection,
• to always observe current legislation in all company activities,
• to promote the quality policy and to meet it in cooperation with its employees, and to regularly re-examine its suitability and adequacy.
